Abbas Sajwani has become one of the most visible young names in Dubai’s ultra-luxury property market. He is Founder and CEO of AHS Properties, a developer focused on bespoke villas, penthouses and high-end residential projects.
Sajwani founded AHS in 2021 and initially focused on luxury villas in locations such as Emirates Hills and Palm Jumeirah before expanding into larger development opportunities. Forbes reported that AHS also acquired Dubai’s long-vacant Big Ben tower in 2025 for a planned transformation into a luxury office asset.
His strategy reflects a preference for limited, high-value properties rather than mass-market volume. In Dubai’s luxury segment, differentiation often depends on location, architecture, privacy and the ability to create highly customized living environments.
Sajwani’s rise also illustrates how a new generation of UAE developers is entering the market with strong financial knowledge and a willingness to take concentrated positions in prime real estate.
The result is a development model built around scarcity, design and the long-term appeal of Dubai’s most established addresses.
